The reported website seems to sell baseball equipment that is hard to obtain for above-market prices. After submitting an order, I was informed payment is required via Zelle or PayPal Friends and Family. When I questioned why I couldn’t pay by PayPal Goods and Services, they gave the following explanation:

We insist on Family and Friends option for payment because it allows us to confirm orders quickly and ship out immediately. Unfortunately, PayPal payments made via the Goods and Services option may take up to 21 days to process, which would delay the shipping of orders.

Using the Family and Friends option helps us to provide faster service and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
