So I am currently looking for a new home for me and my children and as I was looking in facebook market place I found this amazing house for rent so I messaged the "landlord" and asked for more info I was so amazed by the pricing so I wanted to go take a look at it but I had a family emergancy come up that day and had to leave town I asked him if he would hold it for me because I was super intrested he then stated that there was alot of poeple trying to go see the house so unless I was able to make the securtiy deposit of almost 900.00 he couldnt assure me anything so I went ahead and sent him the security deposit once I arrived in town he started making up excuses such as my son has stage 3 cancer and had to rush to the hospital so he couldnt make it to the viewing I then ask to meet him at the front if which ever hospital he was at for the reciept and the keys and he said I would have to wait I did some more digging & found the same house up for sale on opendoor I called the phone number listed and they told me that its all a scam because every house posted on there site is only up for sale and not for rent I then told him to send me the money back and he pretended as if he was then blocked every contact number he had given me now I have no way of getting my money back and I have to vacate by tommorrow with my 2 children this is something I wouldnt wish on anybody I do not know what is going to happend next all I can do is put everything in Gods hands noone else deserves to go through what I am currently going through lets help stop all scamers
