Facebook marketplace post by attractive young girl stating her "dad" is a cement sidewalk/patio contractor. Attractive pictures of completed works. He said he did work for our city. He gave us an attractive low price estimate. We asked for written estimate on business letterhead, references, and liability insurance. I drove by the address and there's no building/home there. I called city/county office and was told he is not listed as contractor for past city work. He hasn't replied to my text or called back.

HE DISAPPEARED.
