Fraudster claiming to be a property owner contacted us through the Lead Form on Realtor.com; said they wanted to sell their property and asked for a valuation. Contact was made through email, then a phone call, then texting. Upon their receipt of our value analysis, they wanted to proceed with sale very quickly. Once the communication began to become suspicious, we looked up and contacted the owner-of-record who verified they were not looking to sell.
