"Thank you for your interest in our rental. You were the second to contact to us. The first prospective tenant did not want to wait for us to finish installing the new appliances. They moved into another property we rent in the area. The contractor finished painting the entire place. He also installed new flooring in every room. All the neighbors are jealous of how nice the updates look. We are ready to lease with flexible terms. We will work with you on the move in date, lease length and deposit.
My husband and I have 20 different rentals in the area ranging from studios to large homes. We are sure to find you a place that works for you. All of our rentals are renovated and ready to lease. You will be the first to move in with the renovations. Utilities and garage parking are always included in the price listed. Setting up a tour is simple. Two important notes due to our limited time. First, please have your report ready before you email back to schedule a tour. We are not too focused on the report itself. We just need an up to date report pulled in the last week. No one has had any issues and it is easy to retrieve your report. Second, please have a few hours to tour. We usually end up showing multiple rentals during our tour. We have a perfect record finding a tenant their next rental. As long as you tell me you have your report, I will hold the property until you tour. Just print out the report and bring it with you.

The "click Here" is a link to a free credit reporting site , which anyone with good sense would never do , but there are people who are desperate to find a home and these people are taking advantage of those people! They don't have a property to rent nor do they have 20 different rentals" They are just another scam on Craigslist taking advantage of honest , hardworking people. They are truly disgusting!
