As of today, my friend's ROBLOX account, YourDivineAugustus, was hacked. He was approached by a UGC creator that I should utilize a program to provide them with the texture file so they could create my item on the platform. After doing so, he immediately lost access to my account as they changed both my password, my email, and my two-step authenticator. They told me that they would give me my account back after stealing limiteds. They did infact take the limiteds, and while this was all going on, He attempted to use another account to prevent anything wrong from happening to my community/business. ROBLOX then terminated that account with the reason being that he was circumventing a ban. That is not true, as he was at the time unaware that his YourDivineAugustus account was terminated. This is most likely due to the fact that they were trying to use the stolen limiteds by selling them offsite, which is illegal by ROBLOX's TOS. IHetried to file a support ticket to ROBLOX and either was rate limited or something is wrong with their system. He was unable to get in contact regarding my YourDivineAugustus account. His other account, RomeAeterna was the other account terminated, and he was able to send an appeal, which was immediately denied. He used the same IP while doing all of this. It's been a few hours now and he's been unable to access either of his accounts and ROBLOX seems like they do not care enough to look into the actual reason and provide me with the chance of having his accounts back. He's spent thousands of dollars on these accounts and have recently expanded his store on the platform, which has been making a lot of money. By not allowing him to successfuly gain access back to my accounts, they are preventing him from having access to any of money or assets via their platform.The limiteds (ROBLOX's virtual items) that were stolen from him were the Beast Mode, Dominus Aureus, and the Void Star. All of these items are worth around $10K+ USD.
