I keep getting robocalls from a foreign man saying I owe him money and I'm going to be charged $90 a month. He wants me to push 1 or 2. I can't hardly understand him or what he wants.

I received the same message from two different phone number. The most recent was from Thurmont, MD. They are saying there are several allegations against me and that local police will be coming to arrest me. To prevent legal action I need to call them.
