My grandfather Received a call from landline by a number (804) 899-8255 where he was a victim of multiple scams. They prey on elders who live alone.

an automated calling system called me, then passed me to someone in Pakistan, who transferred me to tnt insurance trying to get my information

My phone rang and it was a number from a community that I travel to for work so I said hello, but no one was there and then someone finally said hello can you hear me and I said yes then the phone hung up. I called it back and the message said it was a fundraising project. I hung up quickly as it seemed suspicious and quickly googled this scenario. It says that this is a Robo scam. I am concerned that I replied yes.

I don’t remember who they were or what they wanted but the following robocalls now hit my cell phone twice a day. This is not even a complete list.

I’ve blocked every one, seconds after receiving them.

I deleted some earlier one.
