Date of transaction - 11/25/2023 I have paid $44.99 for a 3 D piano puzzle. The product purchased was a Christmas gift. After opening the package and halfway in the install process(were you cannot go back to prior steps) I have noticed parts specified in the instructions were missing. After contacting the vendor they replied:”In international transportation, the custom office has a policy that people cannot send batteries, pigment, Wax and glue to other countries. But they are common in local store, you can find them easily. Our manager is trying their best to solve these problems, maybe these problems will be solved in the future.” Because of the wax which was supposed to be included in the package the product upon assembly is not working. If a business has in instructions a part to be used I consider they should supply it. I cannot guess what should the part be and go to the store and buy it after I have already paid for the product to have all needed materials for assembly. Asked resolution: reissue the product with all required parts for assembly including the needed wax or refund of the money. The bussines
refused telling me they will give me a 10% discount on a future purchase which right now is a sale on their site.
