On April 6th I found Roc Scrubby Cleaning Service charged my credit card again for $420.12 when no services were performed. I Called Roc Scrubby and Tim told me that he made an error and will refund my money. I have called many times and left many text messages and he does not respond. I feel that I got scammed. I saw a review on reddit that somebody else also got scammed for the same way I got scammed. I would like Better Business Bureau to help me get my refund of $420.12 for the services not performed.
