They never delivered some items. Claimed they did. Package left in street almost. Refusal to help. Told me to get the police.

I ordered a bathing suit from a seller I saw on Instagram name Rocie. I received a notification via email stating my order was received. Two weeks later, I emailed for an update and received a sketchy tracking number from an unknown carrier. I continued checking on my order and every day the tracking info mentions there was a delay in the same location and waiting for a carrier. I emailed countless times and get a response from the company that says, “I have contacted the logistics company, has tracked and verified that the parcels called for delivery, will be delivered as soon as possible for you!” It’s been well over a month, and they continue to say there is a delay. I read up on this company and have seen many reports of others who never received their items.
