In this role, you'll be responsible for directing and handling the shipping and logistics functions for our clients, guaranteeing well timed and cost effective delivery of goods. Your obligations will include interacting with carriers and customers, preparing and reviewing shipment documents, monitoring shipments, and resolving any problems that may arise.
As a WAT Shipping Forwarder, you will have the flexibility to function from your own residence, and we will supply you with the necessary instruments to complete your duties effectively. You'll send reports straight to the logistics manager and will be required to maintain regular communication with your team and customers through email and phone.
