Type of a scam Employment
After An interview on zoom, I was told to check my mail and an employment letter plus a W4 form was sent to me to fill and submit. He said am to starting a 2weeks training on the 12/13/2.
Later, he sent me list of benefits and equipments that will be purchased to start up the coding office at home.
He then sent me a check of $4,710 that I should remove the $210 but send back $4,500 to a particular contact through zelle to purchase the equipment.
I immediately messaged him that I can't cause the check is not having the company name alot of red flags.
Am only worried cause I have already submitted the W4 form and has my Social security number.
