they label themselves as a packaging co and when they try to send me an item that i paid for $280 the sent me and email saying package is on hold and wanted me to pay $150 to add insurance in a middle of a delivery via text. when i tracked my package, it was on hold with their company till I pay the $150 insurance. I tried paying with my credit card and the site wouldn't let me. when i told them that they said to send the money via Apple Pay and i wasn't going to do that twice. Now i'm no longer getting the package and no longer getting my $280 back.
