After many attempts of me contacting them they refuse, so I put in my claim. with my bank & credit card company, they threaten to shut me down & try to state that I am committing credit fraud. Meanwhile, they are the ones that are scamming people taking more money than they should. They are committing fraud. They also want me to stop the investigation I put in with my cards. All they care about is how it looks on them cause I started the chargeback. I even sent them proof & again they refused to see it, they made excuses for it.
This is wrong & everyone needs to know what they are doing. I refuse to take threats or be bullied. then and only then they offer me a refund only if I stop the investigation
