I placed an order on 6/20/2020 from Facebook, the funds were drafted immediately from my account and then on 6/26/20 received an email it was on the way. Today is 7/22/2020 and nothing. The UPS tracking number is invalid. Sent an email to refund and nothing.

I am a senior on only Social Security disability and saw the advertisements for the magic lids, I ordered them and got two pair and a third one was supposed to be free with it, I never received it after several weeks I contacted the company and they said that it was delivered and I told them know it was not delivered, they told me to check with my mail carrier or Neighbors. Never came, so I reordered it again thinking giving them the benefit of the doubt, and it's been 3 weeks now and I still have not received them have contacted them again and now they won't even answer me. I have learned an awful lesson and hope to see someone selling them that is truly a good company and that will send them to me. My total loss was around $56 + shipping and handling. Please tell people not to order products from them
