Receive scam by email in my personal email inbox. The email show order number, invoice number, subscription number, and the cost of the items purchase. Also in the bottom of the email, the phone number was given to call them back if I had any question about the order or if I haven't placed this order call the following phone number (888-619-9555) to cancel. I did call back and talk to a person at this number and request cancellation on this order because I didn't order nothing from them. After a long discussion with the person on other end of line, he agree to cancel my order. However, before he cancel my order I gave him my name in order to get the cancellation number. As soon as I gave my name, he search my name in his computer and state that I did put this order from Rockford, ill to sent to somewhere in South Carolina. After another round of discussion on this matter, he gave me the cancellation number (# 852 963 741). Right after that I requested his name and that he hang up the phone at the other end. After this incident, I called my internet provider and change my email address.
