The salesman sold me a truck, i paid QST (quebec provincal sales tax). I took truck to New brunswick where i live and registered the truck. I paid provincal tax again for NB. When i requested 4288.25 from dealership i was denied and told to contact quebec revenue to recieve refund. Quebec revenue responded by saying that i need to get refund from toyota dealership. When i contacted tge salesman back he said because i finaced the vehicle i couldnt get it back. So after 6 months of trying to contact rocoto dealership multiple ways with no response back i submitted a lawsuit against them. Literally 2 days after submitting the claim rocoto phoned me and said they wanted to etransfer me the money but only if i cancel the claim.

So i got my money first then cancelled the claim. Im positive they were trying to scam me by paying qst.
