I purchased 2 dresses from them with free shipping. The Facebook add and website state “free easy returns for 30 days”. When I contacted them for a return label they asked if there was a problem with the dress and that they will only take returns for defective products. Then they offered me $17 and I could keep the dresses. When I said no the offer and that I wanted to return them they offered $27, then $45, then $52. Each time I stated I wanted to return them. They said the shipping cost would be on me in the $45 email. I asked for the address and they sent back the $52 offer and said the warehouse is in Dubai and it is very expensive to ship there. The following is copied from their website…

“1. Where are these products manufactured and shipped?

Our products are made in the USA, UK, France and Japan, and we have warehouses in (USA, UK, Australia, France, Italy, Portugal, Japan). Your item will be shipped from a warehouse closer to you for faster delivery.”

So how is it I can’t ship it back to the warehouse in the USA. Dubai isn’t even on the list. They still haven’t given me an address and there is none on the website.

Purchase made online. Company states easy 30 day return but then refuses. Offers me 35$. I refuse then 55.00 then I refuse, then 75.00 and then tell me to go ahead and keep items because it would cost too much for them to return them to Dubai. They shipped to me out of California and note on there website there is no return address so you can’t return items. These guys are scammers and need to get shut down!!! I did not know zip code so on this form I just made one up.
