I ordered 4 dresses from rofye.com. Three of the 4 didn't fit well, so I contacted the company to return them for a refund. (They clearly advertise easy returns on their website.) They are refusing to issue a full refund or accept a return unless I ship the dresses to them in Dubai. (A search of their website for Dubai or the United Arab Emirates yields no results; they do say that the clothing ships from the US or the UK.) They are offering only a partial refund, which I have thus far refused. I shop online often and have never before encountered such an issue.

I received nothing. No confirmation of order via email. Unable to contact nor did I receive a response from the emails I sent.

The website provides no contact number or valid email address for contact.

An order number is provided after order is processed, but the buyer is unable to access order information as it will always come up “invalid”

The email provided is used for “Returns” “Customer Service” “Order Cancellation” “Tracking Order” - total fraudulent website, but good because I was fooled.
