My car broke down and I needed to have it towed to my home. I made first contact with Rodger That Towing around 8:15 on the morning of 9/16. The dispatcher said that a tow driver was available and could arrive in 30 minutes to an hour and that it would cost 171$. She sent me a link to an invoice to sign. She told me the driver would call me when he was on his way. After an hour I received a call from the dispatcher, she said the driver had been delayed and that it would take another hour before the driver could be there, she also told me that if I wanted to cancel the service it would be an additional $100. I told her I did not want to cancel. Another hour passed, still no word from the tow truck. I called the dispatcher again and she said that she couldn't get the driver to answer his phone and that she would call me back. Another 30 minutes pass without a return call from anyone. I call the dispatcher again, She tells me that their truck is broken down and that they can't tow me now but that they have a "sister company" that can come tow my car but it will be an additional $30. At this point I tell the dispatcher that I will not be paying any additional charges and that I wanted my money refunded despite their policy because I had been waiting for 2.5 hours for them to help me. She said she would issue a refund but that it would take 3-5 days and that she had no way of confirming with me that a refund had been issued. Since it has only been 2 days since the incident there has been no refund so far.

On the invoice it says I signed it at 6:34 AM which is impossible and might indicate that they aren't in the same time zone as KC.
