The company puts an ad on facebook for a dual monitor accessory for a laptop. They then use fake facebook profiles from the Philippines with fake American profile pictures to comment that they bought the product and express that it was a great buy. The business facebook page admin also answers questions asked by real users about the product but its fake and there is no product. Once you click the link to their website, it will tell you that the sale is only available for a limited time to rush their buyers before they figure out it is a scam. After you purchased the product, they will send you a confirmation that it is being shipped. When the product arrives, you will find out that it is not a dual monitor but a place mat instead.

I saw the advertisement on FB showing a laptop monitor extender. Checked out the page listed under Excele-advertising home, electronic & household items & was asked to create an account. What I received in the mail were a packet of 10 toothbrushes. After notifying them, I was advised it was a packaging mistake & can keep for 40% refund or go to the post office to determine the cost for returning the product for a full return or to have the item I ordered in the first place sent. I found out the cost, now waiting to see if will be reimbursed for the cost or if they will provide the return slip. Excele Company #11736866. Tel#442086385417.
