My Roku broke I Google the number +1-888-335-1333 a mr. William Jenkins answered and said that Roku was now charging a registration fee of $*** for 2 years and $*** for Lifetime I signed up for the 2 years! I talked to Spectrum they said this was not true but my credit card has already been charged the $*** he said his name was William Jenkins and that he was a Roku rep
