I bought a Roku Stick from Walmart in Marysville, OH in July. When I brought it home and began setting it up, a message appeared on the screen telling me to call 844-412-9807. I called them and spoke to a man with an Indian accent, he said they had to charge us because of Covid 19. I said it sounds fishy. He said it's just what we have to do. Rokug Solutions charged $69 through Paypal. After I called, the message went away and the TV worked. When I call the number back, I get no answer.
