Sean Raffington owns multiple LLC's and he has scammed multiple HOAs and individuals up and down the Oregon Coast. Contact the Seaside Police for more information. He operates under Sean Raffington, Sean Coelyn and Sean Moore. He claims to have many employees which do not seem to exist and just in the last calendar year he has stolen over $100000+ Police reports filed along with Department of Real Estate reports. He has three other parties involved, Tammara Gano/Steen, Tyson Steen and Charles Eric Raffington.
