I bought a vehicle from this dealership 2 weeks ago. We struck a deal with the Salesperson but was not able to know exactly what the purchase price or monthly payment would be without first meeting with the Finance Manager. When writing up the rough purchase agreement the salesperson immediately added in the cost of undercoating the truck which I said no to and informed him that the truck was already undercoated and the body is aluminum so I would not be getting any protection plans. Plus, the paint is well worn! When we did finally get to speak with the Finance Manager, the next day, there was an added charge of $1300 on our loan approval! It was explained that to get this deal on the interest rate the Protection Plan was added as an addendum! From here on out every time the protection plan was discussed the lender was added in to the discussion by the Finance Manager to make it seem that they had required it. I spoke with the lender today and was informed that there has never been any requirement by them to add any such protection plan to be approved for an auto loan! I contacted the Finance Manager and was quickly informed that I had misunderstood him! No, I did not! Why would I buy something I did not want and had stated so if I did not have too. This is a SCAM! A Scam to get people to buy something they don't want and make this dealership a large amount of money! Hearing that I was upset with this deceptive practice he did offer to give me a $150 Detailing and a fill up! This is not acceptable! I was deceived and taken advantage of I was constantly told how I had signed pages accepting this loan and how it fit my requirements, but the fact is I made it very clear I did not want any additional protection plans accept a 2 year power train warrantee and that was it. This was a good Con at first. Had I not asked the lender by chance, I would not have known.

We recently paid for a Raffle ticket through Romeo Toyota and 4 months later the car was added to my account ,come to find out that the dealership and church was in cahoots ,I won the raffle but they said someone else name but never said the # ,mind you in order for someone to add it to our Toyota app, we would have to have purchased the car or win it and it ended up on our app now you can just click on somebody’s name and add the car. You have to at least put in all the personal information in order for that car to be added to the account.,I feel like we were scammed ,everytime we reach out to Romeo Toyota they give us a different answer , also the video with the winner seemed fishy ,the raffle guy is cuffing the ticket so no one can see it like it was a secret but told everyone there name and cell phone info ,why not show the ticket and the # on the ticket off Camra the so called winners gave back the car and took the money and donated it back to the church ,now I know we have saints in this worlds but who gives 38k away and these people are not rich ,don’t make sense please give me a call back at XXX-XXX-XXXX NAME I would like to say more and I do have more info but it’s a lot to write
