Ordered a jersey online from a site stating they are in California, total came to 64.58 but my card was charged $70.31 got email with invoice and reason charged more was due to "exchange rate" which if truly in USA shouldn't even be an issue. Order status on website has never updated and when I emailed them they stated product shipped and "would send me a tracking number later" have emailed again asking about price difference to card and asking for a tracking number yet again and haven't gotten a reply.
