getting the puppy(it turns out to be all his crew). He asked me for deposit in order to adopt one of the puppies, and after I zelle transferred the deposit to Roxana Leanos-Cepeda, mobile: 9566207857, he even made a contract about it, and told me we can meet in the middle place for puppy pickup, because I live in NorCal and he claimed that he is in SoCal.
I didn't realize it was SCAM because even after he got the deposit, he didn't disappear right away, instead he
continued a normal conversation with me, and seemed really commit to meet me up on the same day. But since I
had schedule change, I asked to do it in another day.
It was later I found out that the address he gave me to calculate the middle place for meetup is weird, and then
after I brought that up to him with suspect, he started acting very weird, this scared me even more, because I
realized that he not only looks after the deposit, but may be something even worse because he seems has a bigger motivation to meet me. (We talked via facebook messager so he knew I am a female and he asked my family situation with the excuse the puppy need to be adopted to a lovely family only).
Now, because I already brought up my suspect, he disappeared by blocking me from facebook.
The deposit is overall not big money, but besides the money, the bigger motivation behind is really scaring, and I
wonder how many victims and how serious the situation can be since he has such a huge group, by the way, he is creating other similar groups, cavapoo, golden retriever,,, pug, all dog/puppy adoption related.
