I hired this person to clean out a clogged drain. He wasn’t able to unclog the drain and was getting frustrated. So he went around back and removed the clean out cap and left it off without telling me. He came back inside and claimed that he fixed the clog. About five days later I discovered what he did and confronted him. He lied and said the Popped off due to too much pressure and that he needs to come out and do more work for more money.
