so me and my wife sell shoes so we found some one online that had a really good deal on shoes so he state for 9000 he will give us 140 pair of shoes which was a good deal for us but once we sent him the money he will avoid phone calls , only time he will message back is when he felt like it . we asked for a refund due to the fact its been almost a month and hes steadily telling us that he needs more money , he blocked me from cash app when i sent a refund request he pulled down the site off insta gram when you call him his phone goes to voice mail , i have all the transactions in my email and i have bank statements.
