I signed up for this debt consolidation May 2016 after my mother passed away. I was behind on bills after losing my job and trying to help care for my mother. They took out monthly payments but after getting sued multiple times and being told they were taking care of it each time I sent the summons to them. Then no return phone calls and all creditors came after me and started garnishing wages. It is now paid off but I want the money back that I paid them that they kept and never paid creditors like was agreed upon in the contract. This company rips a lot of innocent people off who are trying to get out of debt

I was in their program for 20 months at ***, that is over *** that is lost. They did nothing. Would not return calls emails or postal service requests now I have lawsuits pending.

I paid for twelve months of credit relief. at 253 per month and they did not pay any of the bills that they said they were negotiating. I am still waiting on them to call from upper management all I have gotten was one call back from a young woman name Shelly. My next stop will be taking this to channel two or filing some kind of class acting credit fraud case against them. not only have the fraud-ed me but they have also fraud-ed my creditors.
