I don’t know how I fell for it, but it is what it is. I sent this man named “Ronnie” (i don’t know if it’s real name or fake as his job). I sent him a picture to give me an estimate on fixing one large scratch on side skirt of my car along with multiple small touch ups. He quoted me $295. Too good to be true. I know. Anyways he arrived next day looking at everything and saying $650. He arrived with his wife and 4 kids.(ring#1) I don’t know what happened to me there. I guess I zoned out or something. I should’ve say no, and save myself from this headache. So I left them working and came back in two hours seeing my car covered with some green substance, that I should remove in 24hours (ring #2). He said he takes card and I was about to pay via cash app, he said it doesn’t work and demanded cash. Me looking at family man with bunch of kids. I do my know I can’t believe man can be a crook and teaching kids from young age how to be crooks too. So we went to atm he got his $660 die to atm giving only 20s bills. And of course today. I removed the substance and it’s all the same like it was before or maybe even worse. First pic of scratch and others are “repair”. I’m not so sad about $660, I can make them up. I’m just sad for those 5 little souls that don’t see any better.
