I purchased a item that was supposed to be fully automatic and received a product that was not automatic at all. I contacted the seller and explained the problem and was offered a 5% refund and then a 10% refund which adds up to approximately $4.49. I told them I would accept 50% and they told they could not resolve the issue and ended conversations with me.
