I authorized payment for $5 for a dog towel from this so-called pet supply store called Roobze. Then I had another charge of $86.46 for a contentclubappsnet which was tracked back to Roobze. They used my credit card info. to charged $86.46 and with research found out a lot of people had the same issue with Roobze. Apparently, they continue to charge as a subscription.

Roobze releases ads on Facebook, TikTok, etc. to advertise super cheap pet products (Smart Cat ball in my case). The only payment method is credit card. They take your credit card and sign you up for a subscription that charges you $19.98 per month. It shows on your statement as AppContentDigital.

I know this to be true as I used a prepaid card for the Roobze item and a few weeks later, this charge showed up. By doing research, sites called PupSocks and PrintYourPlaces are also connected.

Ordered product thru Instagram advertisement on 11/7/2023. Product = "drying coats for dogs" x 2. Website looked legitimate. Contacted company via email one week following placement of order d/t unavailable tracking information. "Support Team Member" responded stating they would "look into the issue". Provided me with same tracking information which conveyed no movement of the item. Continued to contact & interact with a "Team Member - Annie R.", who sent long winded replies rife with cheesy dog puns, but no resolution. "Annie R." continued promising a resolution, but now at 2 months' time, there has been none. Last communication, I requested replacement merchandise be sent. No reply has been received.
