I have been contacted several times by "1st Priority Construction" or "1st Priority Roofing" and the caller always claims they are from Oklahoma City or my city of Mustang. When I ask for the address of the company to confirm they exist, the person on the line does not know and then they make it up. For instance, the most recent attempt says, "We're over here off of '40" and then I asked what the street address is and he says, "I can't give you that information."

They are attempting to come give roof inspections which would include me giving them an address and letting them on my property but they will not allow me to know their business location.

I consider this a scam.

Thank you for your time and inquiry in this matter. If others in my neighborhood are targeted in this way, I believe they could be subjected to doing business under false pretenses and would be in danger of losing money, damaging the value of their property, or involved in fraud.

A representative called and asked to check my roof. When I asked who the roofing company was, they said RESCOM ROOFING. When I asked what the address was he said, "2821 Eleventh Street" which is residential. Rescom Roofing does have an address but that address is in Edmond, OK.

This is a scam tactic. This is the second company that called me today and both of them gave bogus addresses.

The caller asked if I wanted my number removed from their list.

The caller said they were in good standing with the BBB. He lied about the business he was calling for.

Chris ************ approached me about my roof. He said that I would need to file a claim with my insurance because it needs to be worked on. Chris identified hisself as EVZone Construction and stated that any checks I provide him would need to be wrote to Yellow Jacket. I asked for time to research his company and when I did I noticed he did not have a roofing CIB but did have several active LLC's. I also saw that he was on the KOCO news channel for having previous businesses in which he scammed people out of money for fencing jobs. I have contacted the attorney generals office to have his LLC investigated but he is definitely running a scam on all of us elderly people.

I have asked multiple times to be removed from their list and they keep calling about free roof inspections. Then when I asked to speak to a higher up they stated there is no manager and he can’t take me off the company list, just his call list.

Scam call received about roof inspection. Individual said they were doing free roof inspections in this area and tried to not say the company name when asked to clarify what the company was they stated prime layer and then I said no thanks
