Hello, this is a post to warn of the fake products and associated scam being shown currently on Facebook. The specific product in question is the "rust removing laser device". After our purchase attempt, we were sent a 50 cents fan from a domestic address in Reno Nevada.
The fan is not what we ordered as we were expecting a laser rust removal device. The total cost was a little less than 50 USD.
When we saw the bogus switched item, we immediately contacted their customer service rep. Lynda Berah. Unsure if this is a real person, no method to know for sure. This person offered a partial refund of 30% discount, then after going back and forth with emails, they offered more but still subtracted 11 USD for their shipping problems. This is not acceptable being they intentionally sent the wrong item and tried to scam me out of my money. Lynda Berah, the scammers rep also begged, explaining that they have costs to cover. They try with twisted logic to get me to agree to accept a partial refund. They want me to pay for their mistake and did not once offer to send the correct item they advertised for. I do not believe they have any of the Laser Rust remover tool they are running ads for on facebook.
The contact company name listed on emails is ROOMNRN.
I warned them that if I did not get a full refund that I would be taking actions to let others know they are a buyer targeting SCAM company.
There is no Rust Removing Laser. Upon rechecking currently on Facebook, there is a multitude of people selling the same item we bought, with a different name for every company offering the same. My current experience senses that perhaps all the Laser Rust Remover tools are looking like bogus product sites. PLEASE USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN BROWSING THIS TYPE OF ADS.
