I believe this is a rental scam. Website shows condo available and since our timeline was short to move to Tempe, AZ we applied through the Roosevelt Luxury Townhomes' website. We were charged $200 and $90 to apply between my wife and I. We still haven't heard from them.

I read a Google review where this recently happened to another person and she hasn't been able to get her money back. It's been a couple months for her.
