Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
Placed order for an outside Nativity set. Item that was delivered came from an international address. The packaging was not as advertised. When the item was opened the product was cut and damaged. The material used was not as advertised.
I reached out to the merchant, and my account was blocked. I was able to locate the email receipt and was told that the product was from china. And I would have to pay an expensive return price. I was told the product was sold as is.
The product is a counterfeit product. Marketing materials was stolen from a USA company..
