I was looking for dresses a wedding and found 2 that I had liked off of Rosabazaar.com. I ordered 2 dresses within express shipping which promised 5-12 days. I checked my tracking information every single day and emailed customer service 3 times and never got a response. The wedding was on New Years, so that passed. I keep checking my tracking information each day and there is nothing new until a few days later, there are a bunch of updates in Chinese, and says delivered in a mailbox in the Bronx. I live in upstate NY. They have my correct information. I wrote reviews on both dresses which are no longer there. I want to rewrite the reviews
