Great website with attractive product. Never delivered my product. Email listed on the “contact us” page didn’t work. Had to type in a different email and finally heard back a couple of times with minimal respond. Months later, never got the money back OR my order and took it up with my bank.

They pose as a store but the items sent were counterfeit -- 3d printer of a sweater pattern on a cheap sweatshirt hoodie rather than a real knit sweater. I've been trying to return the item for refund for almost two months and they keep telling me they will contact management to make this return but they haven't done anything other than say they will escalate it to a manager. Now they've stopped responding. I don't care about the refund anymore. I don't want other people falling for this fake company with shoddy stuff and a long run-around. I just want them to stop ripping people off.

Rosa City poses as a bespoke clothing website and advertises heavily on Facebook. Once I placed an order they canceled part of it and when I tried to cancel the rest, we began a weird email back and forth. Messages promised assistance that never came, and were poorly written and hard to decipher. I requested help four times, with no action. Some of the goods were supposedly sent and delivered to a city four states away and that I’ve never been to. Also, there is no phone number on the website. Please avoid this company at all costs.
