Purchased the rompers in March, just received in August and sent multiple emails about wanting a refund starting in May. They kept trsponding saying all shipping was taking extra long because of everything going on. Now that I have items and want to return the email doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Never got my item but got charged

Back in mid April I ordered a romper from rose laces. It is now July and I have yet to receive the item that I was charged for. In the first 2 or 3 months I emailed them numerous times and was told they were busy with lots of orders and it would be 2 weeks. Every time they said 2 weeks. I continued to email them but they stopped responding. I just went to their website and it says the website is currently not available. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I go about getting the $45 back that they charged me. How do I get a hold of them?

Hi! I'm having the same experience! I ordered back in May and every email to them about my order has been them saying that it's coming, they are busy, etc. Now when I went to contact them again today about an update, the email got sent back as undeliverable. I'm in the same boat as you, at this point, I just want my money back! So frustrating!

Rompers with Shorts Tik Tok advertisement Scam

I purchased 2 rompers from them in February, to this day it still says “in transit.” I contacted them through their support email 3 or 4 times between April and May being told that it was on its way. At the beginning of July I asked for an update, they replied they would be in contact with me soon. Today k sent an email for an update and now their website and email is gone! It was an advertisement I saw on Tik Tok that got me interested in the item. I’m sure the advertisement of these rompers with shorts selling under a different name are the same scammers who scammed me!

I ordered a product back in May and have yet to receive my order or a refund that was requested. They have stopped responding toy emails and are a scam. I would like to have a refund or my product. There is no longer a website or phone number available to contact them another way.

Scam! Rose lace rompers

Just like everyone else I ordered two rompers back in April I did not get them until mid June which I asked for a refund because I didn’t get them in time for my trip nor did they fit even though I ordered the correct size they look nothing like the video or pictures of them and they are extremely cheaply made I have emailed them multiple times and they refuse to give me a response I’m out $80

I ordered 2 rompers from Rose Laces and it took 3 months to get them and when I did they were to small and sown awful. I contacted to get a refund and they let me know that they could send another size because they can’t guarantee they would receive my returns. I returned it for a refund and sent it via USPS with a signature confirmation. It’s been a few weeks and the first return was a failure and they said they would attempt another delivery. So basically I lost about $80. DO NOT HUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought 2 rompers. They showed up a month later. The are the worst dress that I have ever seen. The shorts under the dress aren't even sewn. The dress looks like a maternity dress. It states you can have a refund. The customer service is a joke. I emailed 11 times. They have a phone number but it says box is full please
email us. Please beware of this company.

Don’t buy off of social media ads!

I ordered 2 rompers! Cost me a total of $86! Took about 2 months to receive. Once I did receive my order. There was no return information. I sent email asking to get a return label. Told me that they will sent it to their team! That was in June 26th. Don’t buy from Roselaces!

Won’t give me a refund or answer emails

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Found them from a tik tok ad. I spent over $60 on 2 rompers. Took over 2 months for it to ship to me. The rompers are horrible, cheap quality. Emailed them for a return and 2 weeks later they emailed back and just wanted to give me store credit at first (even though all they offer in their store is the romper I bought) They finally sent me a return label and I’ve shipped it back however I still haven’t been given my refund and now they won’t even answer my emails back. Very unprofessional

I’m having the same issues! It took about the same amount of time! I ordered in the beginning of April and got it in the beginning of June! Once I got the rompers I tried them on and don’t fit! I even went a size up! I believe I saw the ad on Snapchat. I emailed them about a refund. Told me that someone will look into it. That was two week ago! Colors aren’t not shown as advertised. They are a lighter color. The rompers to me are like cheap material. I will not order off of ads again through social media! Lesson learned, unfortunately!

Ordered clothing after seeing several ads on social media. It has been 38 days, and my order hasn't shipped. I have been in contact with customer support, however despite claims on their website for "money back guarantees" and "hassle free returns", the company has been unwilling to issue a full refund. Instead they are trying to get me to give them MORE of my money with false promises of '20% percent off additional orders." The whole operation reeks of a scam!
