I was contacted by Somerset-West in August. They offered an attractive deal on printer cartridges and asked if I would try a set. I authorized a set to be sent to try. Another call was received in October stating they made an error and what should have been sent was a two pack so they were going to send another set that was missing. What they didn't tell me was I was going to get was another invoice. Then they called last week and I politely told them I didn't need anymore product. They said that was fine and for me to call the next time I needed them. Today I receive a box with another two. I called them and told them I did not authorize the shipment. I asked to return the product and they said I agreed to 4 cartridges (which I most certainly never did), and that they are a wholesaler and do not accept returns. I am not going to pay for product I did not order. Very frustrating lack of customer service and a highly dishonest company.
