I was trying to rent a house from Rose Rentals. I paid all the deposits.Then she kept making excuses the the HOA need 200 dollars for the lawyer to sign the lease and 200 dollars as a deposit for utilities. So I got the gift cards to pay her. She would say they weren't activated. After I sent her 800 dollars I called apple and she had taken the money off the cards. She was suppose to meet me to sign lease on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I went to the address and found that the house was still occupied. She made excuse that he would be out on the weekend. She never gave me keys because she lied!

I have reported her to the police. They can not do much. I have attempted to get my 1500 dollars back she will not give me a direct answer when she intends to give me my money back. I have all the documtation on my phone and pictures of the house being occupied. I sure her website is fake. I just need my money back she and her husband are scamming money from people by posting houses they don't even own. Houses they have no right to post.
