My husband and myself were looking for a car we got on Facebook marketplace and we found one and we emailed the person they emailed us back we spoke about the car the rose lady said she is on the military and that eBay motors will be handling the purchase of the car so they will email me soon so I recieved a invoice from this eBay motors thinking it was legit they said email them back to see I was a person really interested in the car purchase so I do. I myself was the one that used my email for all this. So then the so-called eBay people said get the money on eBay cards and send them to that email which they ment the picture of the back of the cards so my husband n I went to cvs to purchase all together there were 12 eBay cards with $200 on each one of them. So we did just that then they said they will be delivering the car in a couple of days which was that Thursday so the next day came and I had emails from this eBay motors again saying I needed to put insurance on it so we said no more money we will be sending and asked for a refund they said it will take 20 days to receive refund so I myself called the eBay motors department and explained to them what was going on and the lady at eBay (I got the number off of the web not the invoice paper I recieved) and she said I have been scammed because they would never ask for money or even ask me to put the money on no cards. So I broke down screaming and crying and the lady very nicely said to give me couple of the cards numbers to she can first check to see if the money is still on them and then freeze them but the money was already taken out of the cards fast. So she stayed on the phone with me trying to calm me down (very nice woman) but I was hysterically crying I could not believe it. We are disabled people me and my husband and we never been through something like this and I been depressed ever since. Please someone help us. I have all the cards and receipts of all the money we lost and everything else the invoice from so-called eBay and emails. Please someone help us get our money back. This is not fair to my husband and I. PLEASE HELP US
