I was looking to buy another horse so I looked on line. I saw the ad for Roseberry Horse Ranch. I watched their very nice videos of horses that they had for sale. Since I was unable to contact them by phone, I used their email. They responded back the next day. We corresponded back and forth many times. They answered my questions appropriately and made me feel comfortable with my decision to buy a horse from them. I was never able to speak by phone directly because they said they are out working on the ranch and have a poor connection often. Which, I also have this problem living in a rural area so it seemed reasonable to me. So I made plans to purchase the horse. They said they could deliver the horse also for another $200. Which seemed very reasonable to me, especially due to the winter weather. Any way, I went to the my bank and emailed them for the address of their acct to wire the money to. They sent it and I completed the transaction. 3 days later the horse was to arrive. The day of the arrival, they said they would send me an ETA. Well, I waited all day and night. Called the State patrols in Wa and Idaho to see if there had been any reports of an accident involved a horse trailer and pickup/truck. None was reported. So the next morning at 0800 I called the local county sheriff's offices in Kittitas County and our county. They told me that this so called ranch has scammed 9 people so far in Eastern Washington. Now I'm out money and no horse. I hope you can catch or close this fraudulent operation down before anyone else is hurt
