charges. The man I spoke with had an accent that was hard to understand, and I couldn't get a name. He was trying to get me to give information
regarding my PayPal account, whether it was debt or credit, and what the limits were on both cards. When I questioned him about my email he was
confirming, he hung the phone up. I called the number back, but no one answered. I feel the public should beware of fraudulent emails concerning charges
for Bitcoin Exchange.
