Same experience as above. Rosedress says they are headquartered in China but they sent me a fake dress and when I asked to return it they sent me a fake Chinese address & said to say the dress costs $5.

When I placed the order it took longer than expected to receive. I didn't think I was ordering from China, so I reached out in April 27 to check on the status of the order. I finally recvd the dress on May 1st which was horribly packaged and quality was awful. there was a sheet with info on returns which I kept asking the company to confirm. They kept trying to haggle with me to keep the dress at a discounted rate and I kept declining. I sent them an email stating that I returned the dress with all of the Fed-ex info as to who received and signed for it at my expense. Now I'm getting the pushback as to not to send there but to China. I have had nothing but a back and forth via email with them with no solution. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service and thievery. They have made this experience unforgettable and extremely challenging.

They should have indicated that it was coming from China and not California as the return states. Please help me!!
