I did a search online for gifts and found a product I wanted to purchase. The company advertised if the consumer paid an additional fee their product would be a priority and moved to the front of the line to be made. I needed it quickly so I paid. I also paid for expedited shipping (not the business’ fault but I’m still out money). I received an email stating that once my product was shipped I would receive an email (I paid for 3 day shipping). That was currently 9 days ago. I sent the company an email two days ago requesting information on the status of my product and have not heard back. Customer service appears to be non-existent and there is no customer service phone number I can find- just the email address that appears to not be monitored.
