I bought 3 shirts from. I complained to them numerous times. I told I sent pictures of the shirts with tags and UPC codes. And they keep asking for the same thing. I keep sending it. I’m not getting anywhere with them.

Do not ever buy from rosegal,, they take your money and never send you your product. They rip people off all the time. Again do NOT do any business with rosegal. Also tell your friends and family NOT to ever order from these scammers. I ordered face masks and they never arrived.

SCAM, I ordered KN95 Covid-19 masks and never received them. They lie about their ability to deliver. I asked for a refund many times and keep getting the run-around. They play the blame game and keep your money. This company is very deceptive, AVOID.

I ordered a bathing suit in the beginning of June for a vacation I was going on at the end of June. I figured that’s be enough time for it to ship to me. I got and email of it’s excepted arrival which was the day before I left but the day arrived and nothing. I got another email saying it’d arrive a couple days later which didn’t matter because I was out of state and didn’t need it anymore. When I got home I got an email saying they didn’t have an address to send it to but it was in my local post office?? How does that even make sense?... then the email said they had it sent back since I couldn’t give them my address which I know they had!! Obviously! So since then I created a ticket for a refund but they keep either offering me a discount on my next purchase or say give it 48 hours and I should have my refund on my card in 3-7 business days. Well it’s been three months and still nothing. I’ve replied countless times demanding my money back. Such a scam.

Took our paypal money and never delivered the products. After three phone calls and three promises by unamed employees who refused to give names three promises were broken. This company is taking payments for profit and not delivering. THey should be shut down.

Website is pretty, lots of low prices. Don't believe it. I ordered stuff Dec 7 thinking I would receive in time for christmas and still dont have anything from them on january 30. Tracking showed some package sent but bad address on it, package returned to sender, and signed for. Rosegal then said package was destroyed, not their fault, and now they want another 37.00 to resend it or else they will refund me 17.00.

I paid 53.85, and only 4.66 of that was shipping. So this is just a scam where they try to blame the package carrier, and then squeeze more money from the customer. Their customer support is slow and evasive, and claims to have 'tried to contact' and place blame on the customer. But they did not email or call my phone and contact info was supplied accurately from the time of placing the order.

Save yourself the hassle - Rosegal is just another chinese scam site. They stall and evade and at the end of the day just steal your money.

I order items in early Nov 2018 for Christmas and still have not received 3 items and can no longer get a hold of them. They don't have an address OR phone number posted on their site

on facebook they had an add for their company i ordered a few items and they never delivered them i am in the process of trying to get my money back when i called their number of course it was disconnected

I order women's clothing from this website called Rosegal and pay for the item, with credit, which I have shouldn't done. When I received them the size I order wasn't the sizes I gotton. So decided to return them but when try to email or call them got the run round they say that will get to you 24 hour that mention weeks with actual response and no label to return item because the do not give a return label with my items, so I am stuck with things I can return n none of my refund money did I get back.it just a website of scamming people.

I ordered a fingerling on Oct.14th, it is now December 17th and not only have I not received the product, I've never received any sort of confirmation/communication at all. Rose gal is all over Facebook, advertising cute, trendy products - BUYER BEWARE

This website popped up as an online sales catalog. I filled out my personal information and began to place order number 1. At check I was bumped from the shopping cart. Submit 2, I tried again to just start over as I could not find my order. Number 3, I tried again, to start over and e-mailed contact. Not an e-mail address but their form included in the "new customer". No reply. I have done this for the entire week feeling that I may have missed something to complete contact sign in. I called the 1-888-320-8188. One dial sound and the beloved beep of a recording telling me there is no such number. I am concerned due to the fact that I have approx. 4-5 order forms going at once or shall I say not going through. I am thankful that I could not get my credit card information in their system.

I purchased a swimsuit online from Rosegal.com, & it gave me an order number & a tracking number, but every time I try to track my package, its an invalid number or 'not found'. It is supposedly shipped via China Post surface mail to the US, but when I tracked it, It says my order has been in the US since April 1st, but it is now April 17, still no package. I cant find out what shipping company handles their ordres once in the US either. I actually ordered my package on March 21, and almost a month later, it is still not here. Not to mention, the phone number for the 'Support Center' they give you, is actually some scam for winning a Carribbean cruise, and you never even get to talk with a person. When I TRIED to submit a ticket to the support team, it would not even let me finish it, due to the fact it would not let me list my email so i can submit it.

ordered from this company a knitted blanket, received confirmation number after place order, never received a confirmation e-mail and unable to contact company to track order with "tracking number" that was given after payment information added. When tried to call company, it has a Magic Jack number and was unable to leave messages. Website offers area to have a "live chat" with someone, yet you have to submit question and I have not heard back yet on status of order. My credit card was billed, yet no product received and unable to contact company.

I bought clothing online via pay pal. They sent me a picture of a package that my order was shipped and never sent me my stuff. I had to despute it with pay pal. They send automated messages when you try to contact them via email and the phone number they give out is a magic jack recording.

I order some jewelry from them back in October. They said it shipped on 11/2/2015. The tracking number doesn't exist. Their phone number is bogus. Even the order number comes up wrong. I have submitted a complaint ticket and haven't heard anything. I can't even contact them for a refund.

I ordered from this bogus company and it has been 7 months & I have yet to receive my order. It was supposed to be here in august. I ordered in april. It is now november. I have not received a refund either. They keep telling me to call my local post office because it might be in the lost mail but they sent me a picture of my order with my address on it so why would it be in the lost mail? The tracking number they give you doesn't even work once it's shipped out of the country so it's useless

First I contacted them after a month when my items did not arrive. They stated that their shipping takes up to 25 business days (!). After that time has passed, I contacted them again about issuing my refund but they do not respond anymore.

A company on line called rose gal is a fraud. Ive ordered from them and never received any items, or cannot contact anyone from this company. Ive since learned of others who it has happened to. they keep your money and never send a product. Do not order from this name.

They are posing as a boutique with quality clothes when in fact they are not. The are a factory out of China and the goods they ship are nothing like the pictures pictured. They are cheap, poorly made goods, but are not presented that way.
