Rosemarrlyc did not provide an address or customer service phone number on website, only an email address.
Return policy was convoluted and follow up emails kept adding to to the return “policy” not originally listed such as “send us photos of the product and SKU #’s” and the package return address was

And the item was returned to this address. On April 22, USPS tracking stated item was delivered. Multiple emails were exchanged back snd forth and Rosemarrlyc changed their story multiple times, first to say “consumer is fully responsible to pay for items if rosemarrlyc does not approve the return” and “we will refund your money once package is received” even though an email and copy of USPS delivery was provided. The company kept promising refund one “package was received” despite multiple communication. Emails were sent at odd hours such as 2am.
Last email stated that the adress used to return item was in fact the “factory address” and the consumer needed to get the package back and return to proper address once the items are sent back but still did not provide a customer service # or address even after asked multiple times. Here is the last message from Rosemarrlyc:
“The address on the package is not our factory address but the transfers station.According to company policy, the package must be returned to the address of the warehouse.
Please try your best to get it back, and then we will give you the right address to ensure the return (refund) process goes smoothly”.
After multiple emails the resolution did not seem any closer.
